Led by experienced instructors, these classes focus on water acclimation, breath control, and gentle movements. We believe in building water confidence from an early age and strive to create a positive and enjoyable experience for both babies and parents.
Our experienced instructors provide comprehensive swim lessons that teach children the fundamentals of swimming, including fulling swimming on their own, front and back float, and most importantly water safety skills. With a focus on safety and fun, our lessons create a supportive environment where children can develop their swimming abilities at their own pace.
Similar to our Little Fish Groups, the Big Fish Lessons are designed around teaching swimmers how to be water safe and build on those skills with stroke introduction and the fundamentals of freestyle and backstroke swimming.
Building off the skills learned in either Little Fish or Big Fish Level 3, these large group lessons will introduce participants to a swim team environment and hone their swimming skills to prepare them for our Diamond State Aquatics Swim Team. Swimmers will work
on stroke mechanics, starts, turns, and be introduced to equipment frequently used for swim team, but not usually introduced in swimming lessons.
